I got my license when I was 22. It was the best feeling I had ever had. I was also working and putting myself through school. I had to spend the rest of my savings to go through driving school. The adaptations alone on a vehicle are thousands of dollars.

I just redid my evaluation after 3 years. Failing the first time, I got the okay to take my permit test. It’s been sooo hard not to let anxiety overtake me. We have so many obstacles. People just don’t understand what we have to go through to get everyday opportunities most already have.

I don’t see someone with a disability, a see a beautiful strong woman! People don’t realize how difficult it is to live with a disability, let alone master a task we’re told we can’t do. You’re showing your little ones anything is possible ❤️

I'm 36 and due to a disability I can't drive. I was tested in March and it's still the same conclusion. It sucks.

Started to Learn at 14/15 stopped picked up again at 18 then had a mini car accident.. got freaked out until recently turning 29 I’m behind the wheel again cause I am tiiiiiired of depending on ppl or public transportation lol

Been driving since I was 15. My controls cost $1500 per car. But can go into another car. You got this. I have controls in my Benz and honda. No knob, gets in the way.
