Use interdental floss after eat. And just brush your teeth 2times a day. Before sleep and in the morning. But everytime you brush your teeth, use water flosser to clean all the plak. Its easier than using dental floss.

Jaw surgery + braces is like hell. Can’t brush that good cause your jaw is swollen and you can’t open your mouth but you HAVE to brush your teeth cause of the hygiene 😭

water floss all day long🙌 won't catch me dead brushing more than 2x a day unless I drink pop too that day cause it makes my teeth feel so gross.

Everybody buy these and bring them everywhere!! My best friends since i have braces fr, i use one of these even after eating 2 cookies since everything gets stuck
