If you are wearing a cap, especially if you have short hair make sure to put suncream on your EARS! It’s hard to sleep when your ears are burning as hot as the sun in the middle of the night. I found this to my cost at silverstone in 2019. I don’t usually wear caps and hadn’t considered that I was exposing my usually covered ears.
