This same thing happened to me. I feel for you! Other than the throwing up, my thing was the feeling of choking . Was absolutely horrible. My "episode" lasted for over a year and had constant triggers and anxiety. Went to therapy, and doctors nobody ever told me what this was called. Now i will be researching the shit out of cptsd.
