Pompa hidup tapi tidak nyedot air? Ini masalah yang sering terjadi. Biasanya bukan karena mesinnya, tapi lebih kepada alur airnya. Berikut ini adalah penyebab paling umum dan cara ceknya: 👇 1️⃣ **Pompa masuk angin** (tidak ada air di rumah pompa) - **Gejala:** Mesin bunyi normal, air tidak naik sama sekali. - **Solusi:** Buka baut priming (baut isi air), isi pompa hingga penuh air, tutup rapat, nyalakan lagi. 2️⃣ **Klep / foot valve rusak atau bocor** - **Gejala:** Harus isi air tiap kali mau nyalakan, air sempat naik lalu hilang. - **Solusi:** Angkat pipa hisap, cek klep: harus nutup rapat satu arah. Ganti jika sudah aus / macet. 3️⃣ **Pipa hisap bocor** (retak, sambungan nggak rapat) - **Gejala:** Ada bunyi “ngorok”, air tidak bisa terangkat. - **Solusi:** Cek semua sambungan pipa, gunakan lem pipa / seal tape, dan jangan pakai pipa bekas yang retak. 4️⃣ **Kedalaman sumur melebihi kemampuan pompa** - **Catatan penting:** Pompa air dangkal maksimal ± 7–9 meter. - **Solusi:** Pakai pompa semi jet / jet pump atau turunkan posisi pompa (jika memungkinkan). 5️⃣ **Impeller (kipas) aus / macet** - **Gejala:** Motor hidup normal, tidak ada daya hisap. - **Solusi:** Bongkar rumah pompa, bersihkan lumpur / pasir, ganti impeller jika sudah aus. 6️⃣ **Saringan bawah ketutup lumpur** - **Gejala:** Air kecil atau tidak naik, sering terjadi di sumur lama. - **Solusi:** Angkat foot valve, bersihkan atau ganti. **Urutan Cek Cepat** (biar nggak bongkar semua): - Isi air pompa (priming) - Cek klep bawah - Cek kebocoran pipa - Pastikan kedalaman sumur - Baru bongkar impeller #fyp #fypindonesia #viral #pompaair #pompaairrusak
