Wallah bro I'm struggling, been made redundant since April 1st and haven't found a job since. I've been applying left and right and the 3 interviews I've done gave bare minimum feedback saying I did well but they went with internal candidates, So im not getting feedback I need. I'm lost and struggling. I dont want to be on Universal credit.

It doesn’t go through AI. We get a lot of applicants we will go through as many as we can but e.g if we find good 7/8 candidates then we move then through. It’s hard to manually go through 100s of applicants but we don’t rely on AI
