@jiti_voz: Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu. May all beings, everywhere, be happy, free, and at peace. These days, I offer this prayer especially for the vulnerable families in Venezuela, for those who have lost loved ones, homes, stability, and a sense of safety. May we never take for granted a roof above our heads, a bed to rest in, a body that can move, breathe, embrace, and serve. Everyone processes grief differently. Some pray, some volunteer, some donate, some keep working because they have no other choice, and some continue sharing light in the only way they know how. I truly believe that criticism is not what our people need right now. Compassion is. A calm nervous system is not indifference. It is what allows us to take meaningful action, support others, and remain rooted in love rather than fear. When our minds spiral, conscious action brings us back to the present. May our prayers become service. May our service become love. May our love contribute to the rebuilding of Venezuela.
