There's no EASY WAY OUT of this pelvis tilt. It's a complex task needed to be attacked from different sides. Mainly core strengthening and hip flexors stretching. + Patience and time. Ideally it's your lifetime routine from now on.

The best way to improve lower back pain is to stretch the iliopsoas muscle and strengthen your core muscles. Your exercise hardly helps with that.

It's much simpler to just copy this pose without a chair or a roller and try to hold it while making sure you press your back to the ground. No need for anything other than your body
