@friasjc: A business owner in Las Vegas repeatedly told ICE agents to leave his private property, alleging they did not have a judicial warrant. According to the video circulating online, the agents refused, saying they would leave “when we’re done.” As the encounter ended, one agent allegedly reached for a Taser after the owner questioned whether they were threatening him. None of this is surprising but it does raise serious questions about constitutional protections, including the Fourth Amendment’s limits on searches and seizures and the rights of property owners.
