For someone who gets a normal amount of email, it was still a great habit to learn to move tasks from my email into my to-do list app. I use snooze to bring back things like show tickets the day that I need them.

Big brain move is to set up a rule where if a specific word is used in the body of the email and/or subject line of the email it automatically does this for you, then you create subfolders for whom it’s from.

I do this too. But if you receive any automatic emails those are good to just keep in a separate folder for you to complete after your inbox is done
