بعد ما تغسلي الصحون ركزي معايا عشان هخليكي تعملي تمارين هتخلي جسمك يتحول 180 درجه  وقبل اي حاجه زي ما اتفقنا اوعي تحكي لحد حاجه عنك اللكلكه  الكثير هتجيبك ورا  وده اول تمرين هتعمليه 25 عده هيشد عضلات رجلك والجلوتس عندك هتترسم وده تاني تمرين هتعمليه 25 عده وده هيقوي عضله calf  او السمانه وهيشدها و وهيحرق الدهون الموجوده فيها وعشان انتي اشطر بنوته هتعملي التمرين الثالث ده 25 عده لكل جمب  وده هاينسف دهون البطن والكرش وبطنك هتتشد ومناسب للانفصال العضلي وعشان انا عارف انك قد المسؤوليه هتعملي التمرين الرابع ده 25 عده وده مهم جدا عشان تتخلصي من الام الركبه  و اعملي بقي التمرين ده 25 عده عشان تتخلصي من الام الاكتاف والرقبه وتعملي استطاله  للصدر والحمد لله ده اخر تمرين تثبتي 25 عده ومبروك عليكي انتي استهدفتي عضلات رجلك كلها  والتحمل عندك هيزيد جدا و وعضلات رجلك في منتهى القوه والجمال بعد ما تخلصي هتريحي ثلاث دقائق وتعملي الموضوع ده ثاني زي مااتفقنا وطبعا لازم تنظمي  اكلك وبلاش اي وجبات فيها دقيق ابيض استخدمي دقيق الحبه الكامله وقللي السكريات والحلويات والمقليات وصدقيني بعد 30 يوم مش هتعرفي نفسك من جمال جسمك والفورمه الجميله اللي هتعمليها  وبفكرك تاني ما تروحيش تحكي لحد انتي عملتي ايه عشان والله لو حكيتي ما هتعملي حاجه ثاني  لو سمحت قبل ما تعملي التمارين نشفي ايدك كويس لاحسن تتزحلقي وتطيري مش ناقصين مصايب  واعملي متابعه عشان اخلي كل اللي يشوفك يقولك انتي صغيرتي 10 سنين ورا  After you finish washing the dishes, focus with me because I'm going to have you do exercises that will transform your body 180 degrees.
