I love putting an e-consult in. My GP get back to me by 6pm the following day if non-urgent. Can add photos and avoids the unnecessary need for a trip to the actual Drs icl - helps the introvert in me😂

also I love the online forms at GPs! as an autistic person it's a lot easier for me to explain in writing and my practice always gets back same day and I've had no problems seeing a GP

My mum, in her late 70s, really struggles with the online triage form. I think it’s good for the younger demographic but does exclude a big user group of the healthcare system

As a neurodivergent who has always called to book an appointment I find it incredibly difficult to change but I keep getting told by the receptionist I have no choice so now I just don’t go to the doctor and just pray I get better 🤣😩

i found it easier even when working to book in via online consultation as because I was usually travelling, I couldn't get through via phone until I got into work, by which time, appointments were gone and I'd have to try the next day xx

Yeah online consultation is easier, I can send pics and have a few back and fourth texts on my gps text system thing. Sooo much easier and quicker. We gotta move with the times.

As a patient i love econsult/triage. As someone who works in a GP surgery i don’t mind it but it’s so time consuming for everyone involved
