I am so glad I've never had to do any sleep training. I'm a huge believer in routine and bedtime routine massive. around 3 months old when they started to get to big fir the moses basket I would do 7pm bottle then straight to bed. lay them in the cot put the monitor on and leave them. worked wonders. mine have all been amazing sleepers and never have we had a child sleep in our bed with us. that's our bed, our space. A great bedtime routine is key.

I tried this, I can’t remember how old my son was, he would be so upset I’d have to get him out so didn’t work but I didn’t try more than 3 nights and he was definitely younger than Albie, I tried a few things but he just grew out of it, he doesn’t go down awake but I cuddle him on my bed(we share a room) and he’s asleep in minuits
