Yup. Had it twice. Had a PICC line for 8 months with very strong antibiotics and a cast from my foot to upper thigh. Fun fact some medications cause your sun sensitivity. The day after I got the all clear, I went to a water park and fried to sole of my foot off when I stepped on the concrete. I was back in a boot and crutches for 5 months until it healed. Take care of your feet. It’s hell waiting for osteomyelitis to heal.

This is what I was diagnosed with but right now my doctor have it on their control whenever I get a pressure ulcer my doctors are right on top of it to prevent me from getting a really bad infection

They used to do that to me when I was a kid on my stomach, it happened at least 3 times

I had that because I missed the suture time window -no osteo just a deep wound and no IV

KYLEKOOK :

I got MRSA after lumpectomy. I had to pack my breast like this daily for 8 weeks and then wait another 3 months to start radiation treatment. Apparently it was no big deal and life as normal to other people. I'm now currently, happily divorced.
