So many of these men throughout history have done this and have always gotten away with it. They would be abroad in Vietnam Philippines The greater and lesser Antilles also the Caribbean especially in Central America and never have they been held accountable for these crimes

I’ve seen several military members sent back to the United States after SA events in foreign countries with just a slap on their hands when I was in the military and working on military bases as a DoD civilian.
