I’ve had Apple phones for 25 years, and I’m beyond frustrated. I have an older iPhone Pro Max, and ever since the latest update, I can barely hear anyone unless I put the call on speakerphone. It’s ridiculous. It feels like every update pushes you toward buying a newer phone. Instead of spending more money on another iPhone, I’m seriously considering switching to Samsung. Their phones are often less expensive, and from what I’ve seen, they offer great features and performance without the headaches

I hadn’t upgraded since I bought the NEW 8 plus in 2017. I purposely bought a 13 Pro Max because I want nothing to do with AI, period. But, I don’t think my next purchase will be Apple.

The older iphones arent made with enough space to run the new update. I ran the newest one on my my daughters 15 plus and ever since her phones over heated died twice as fast and wont stay charged. Her battery health is 97 percent
