@madscientistofmuscle: I couldn't resist... this is a combination of the Floating Bar Pull-Up with my Barbell Clamp Pull-Up. Going to call it a Viltrumite Pull-Up (if you look up Viltrumite, you'll see why!). Yes, this is my idea of fun... yes it looks just CRAZY... and no I don't expect (or recommend!) anybody try this one unless you've got a VERY strong grip! Sometimes I just like to try insane stuff to see what's physically possible for me (training for 35+ years will do that to you!). This one was TOUGH. I did 3 sets of 2 reps and my grip was torched...the second rep came close to opening up my grip in each set. I've got 95 lbs on the bar for the clamping part and 65 lbs on the bar for the foot part.
