Fun fact, this isn't scary at all. It's actually your own Wi-Fi calling you. Your Wi-Fi accidentally connected to an old Samsung signal. It should work on 5G or 4G, but instead, it connected to 2G or 3G, whose signal no longer supports it. It ended up with raw binary, and the Morse code had no meaning.

Ignore the comments, the phone isn't "picking up Wi-Fi/5G as phone calls", that is literally impossible. The phone's baseband chip (the thing in charge of decoding calls and stuff related to the SIM) is dying and generating garbage data. The OS tries to interpret that random data, which just so happens to match a call.

No sabe qué más hacer con las señales, así que simplemente suena. El número 444 aparece porque aparentemente es un código corto estándar para ciertas tareas GSM como actualizar tu tarjeta SIM y otras cosas. Los símbolos raros como '@$&' y '&)$' aparecen por un error de decodificación donde el teléfono intenta darle un nombre de contacto a la "llamada entrante" porque la torre manda códigos en hexadecimal y el teléfono trata de encontrar caracteres para poner como nombre. El pitido no es un código secreto, sino la computadora de la compañía intentando comunicarse con la tarjeta SIM; las redes GSM antiguas usan una señal pulsante llamada TDMA. En resumen: tu teléfono es viejo y no sirve, consigue uno nuevo.

Old phones like this one in particular use 3G wifi, when you have a modern 4-5Ghz router it's gonna have this error and it will be "[email protected]" and some other examples.
