Kindergarten teachers are so important. 💜 My kids are 10 and 11 now, and they still talk about their kindergarten teachers. You can tell you’re exactly where you’re meant to be. ❤️

I’m too old to become an infant teacher but I do wish I had the pathway to do this. I would have made it a place that kids couldn’t WAIT to come to. Cosy, colourful and cute x

I hope you have the best year! This is my advice to first year teachers. Take this feeling that you're feeling right now and write it in the cover of one of your favorite classroom books. I wrote a letter to future me the moment I landed my dream job. I read it each year and it helps me to navigate the occasional burn out that comes with teaching. It helps me to try to give each student the first year - couldn't be more excited or thankful for this job version of myself.
