@stocking_the_capitol: 🚨BREAKING NEWS: The Supreme Court ruled 6-3 to remove limitations on coordination between political parties and candidates. WE’VE GOT TO LOCK IN THIS NOVEMBER
There are so many important reasons to care about this… and also the ad will be so annoying!

As someone with a Political Science degree, this could majorly backfire on the parties. A lot of party money is spent on ground game organization. if they're allowed to pour money to candidates for ads (which are much less effective), they might end up spending a lot more, but getting less in return as far as votes

Honestly, I thought political parties already contributed unlimited amounts of cold hard cash to political campaigns.

I don't see the issue, that $125 million could just go to waste, the Supreme Court just allowed it. In fact thus bill would also help democrats and their popular members, and this bill could help more poorer people get into power potentially helping this nation

This is actually good for us! It will tell us exactly who not to vote for based on how many ads you see from each candidate. The more ads, the more that candidate has been bought and paid for.

at some point, more ads make no difference. Sometimes less is more.

the way I see it, you can only buy so many ads with the same 2-3 messages.
I just see the Republican party burning money and getting the same results.

Research is needed before voting. Candidates must speak in forums to their constituents

Hang on. First - the airwaves are already full of ads. It’s truly insane the level. Second - this drives money away from super PACs. You’re going to need to square the circle of how that is bad please.
