Always use the orange taxis for around Agadir city centre (local). (Make sure they have the meter on during the day) The city taxis are for the airport/crocopark/ but I wouldn’t use them as they’re on rips.

Btw, the man outside the taxi wanted to protect you guys, because large taxi’s are only for long rage trips outside the city, if you use 1 inside the city for like 5min [wich isn’t even allowed for the large taxi’s], they will charge you 10x more than normal!! [i as a Moroccan myself experienced this]
