@courtneylcook: Broth: 5 c of water (adjust as needed) 3 T gochujang (Korean red chili paste, I use ‘hot’) 2 T gochugaru (Korean chili flakes, mild) 3 T honey 1 T garlic powder (I use extra fine) 1 c heavy cream (added at the end) Combine ingredients with onions and carrots and let simmer, stirring occasionally, for about 20 mins. You may need to add more water. When the dish is nearly finished (about 3 minutes left after adding the remaining mix-ins, including the ramen!), stir in the cream.
