See doing this with individual perks is what starts this placebo effect that people who only watch content creators will feel because all those buffs don't matter only exhaustion does which is why the perk isn't used as much unless someone wants to have a complete dedicated chase role

this perk EVER have this stats, but they put more details now, the only op thing in this perk is "loses exhausted and broken" cuz the others debuffs have a short time
