@brunchwithbabs: My two golden rules for summer entertaining: 1) Always make a great dip. No gathering is complete without one. 2) If you're entertaining outdoors, skip anything breakable. It makes the whole day more relaxed, and you never have to worry about accidents.  My entire outdoor tablescape is from @Birch Lane, and I couldn't love it more. Viral Pickle Dip INGREDIENTS: 8 ounces cream cheese, softened 1 cup sour cream 1 tablespoon Grillo’s pickle juice 2 cups Grillo’s Pickles, finely chopped 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped 1 teaspoon garlic powder ½ teaspoon onion powder Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste Potato chips, for serving INSTRUCTIONS: In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and pickle juice until smooth and creamy. Fold in the chopped pickles, cheddar cheese, dill, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Transfer to a shallow serving dish and spread into an even layer. Top with the remaining pickles, cheddar cheese, and fresh dill. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. Serve with ridged potato chips and veggies for dipping. #mybirchlane #birchlanepartner
