Steve, why would the individual not want to receive funds for reparations that’s number one why you come up with all these programs instead of pay what you owe you did it for everybody else but not for Black people very hard for me to understand you coming up with 1000 different reasons about education this and other none of it has anything to do with the finances what you want to take the money and buy a house drugs ice cream whatever you wanna spend your money for is money that belongs to you and you be able to spend it the way you want they’re not doing it with anybody else anything to keep a black man down that’s what you do and you’re doing it now and what you’re trying to do is justify the bullshit that the federal government does to make it seem it’s about equality bull crap
