Alvin Campbell Jr. was sentenced June 29 to life in prison for sexually assaulting six women in the Boston, Massachusetts area between 2017 and 2019. Campbell was accused of seven assaults, but the jury was only able to reach a unanimous verdict on six of the cases. ladies, always check the license plate before you get in a rideshare vehicle. That is like the number one way these predators are kidnapping women because we’re not paying attention to the license plate. But there have been cases of this still happening with legit riders, but more likely it will happen more if it’s actually not your driver. So I’d rather get in a legit rideshare than one that is not by always checking the license plate numbers before you jump in the vehicle.

Um if a man comes up to me and offers a ride as an “uber, Lyft, etc.” that’s an automatic red flag and a hard NO. You even have to be cautious of REAL drivers. Super horrific regardless though!
