The shop my grandfather first started taking his cars to in the city I live in has seen my dad have kids, watched us grow up as we went with dad to drop off or pick up cars, helped make sure both my brother and Is first vehicles were safe, and continues to keep our vehicles safe and running for our whole family. We know their names and their family and they know ours❤️

I had to get my oil changed one time I took it to a shop and there was an older man behind the counter and handed him my keys and he said oh how do you get this pretty car and I said oh well it was my grandmother’s and she passed away a month ago from cancer and she gave me the car and this is my first car ever he came around the corner of the desk and started crying and hugged me I still miss my grandmother. It’s already been almost 10 months without her.

i’ve work for my dad at his shop for years i can’t tell you how many times me and him have waved things off or said it’s alright because it really didn’t affect us sometimes it’s knowing that person has a reliable car now rather than getting paid

i can't imagine having a good experience with any type of automotive anything. 😭 instead ( in my naivete) I have encountered being sold a lemon car I HAD to buy because my paid off 2005 was stolen. bought said lemon end of January ,driveshaft fell off while driving on freeway in march. dealer says, you hit a pothole. mechanic says you need more than that fixed. $6700 financed dollars later... 🤢😭

1 small car place told me not to fix something because I could go a little longer without it when I was poor. That was 17 years ago. I am still loyal because of that 1 thing.

A lot of people don’t realize the stories we hear. Me and my dad just started our own shop back in October and we’ve exploded like crazy cause we believe in genuine honest work and helping anyone we can. Can’t tell ya how much money I’ve “lost” just to help a single mom, or someone’s grandpa, or all kinds of things

I have more deep conversations at my service counter then I do anywhere else. we are more then auto shop owners. and I feel every buisnes owner that is connected well enough to the day to day buisness probably feels the same.
