Another important tip. If you upload your 2K version through Edits, you can download it later using the Remix "hack" when you're ready to repost after 90 days. My workflow is simple. I edit everything in CapCut Pro, then export both a 2K version and a 1080p version. That way, I never have to re-edit inside Edits. I upload the 2K file to Edits and publish to Instagram from there. When it's time to repost after 90 days, I just use the Remix method to download the video again. Hope this helps!

also to add when editing with capcut, set the bitrate to more th 20 so when tiktok compresses the video, you still get a lot of data left.
