I use dehydrator and then primer and then file and cuticle oil and then they normally last for like a month

For application, definitely buff ur nails DRY there should be no oils or shine and push ur cuticles back. For brands, try paintlabbb and also the store Madrag, has some good nail brands.

Start with your pinky’s and alternate hands working backwards. (Pinky, ring finger, middle, etc) Chemically etch the back of the press on with a q tip and acetone.
