The lack of seasoning sends me into an actual rage. I had to put garlic POWDER, onion powder, basil, parsley, red pepper, & sea salt in my luggage & carry all of them around when I was in Italy because I NEEDED MORE. I need spice. I needed paprika & lawry’s too but I forgot that.

Tomatoes aren’t native to Italy they originated in Mexico it makes sense the sauce got better when it was made here😌🤌🏽

i’m 3rd gen italian american and i agree. The best thing about america is its variety of cultures and how we have evolved so many cuisines. Idc if chicken parm isn’t a thing in italy i’m gonna get it
