How is there no health and safety legislation for heat in ON but there is for office workers if their office space goes below a certain temp? Blue collar outdoor workers need legislation for heat! Managers working in AC offices pressure them and put their expectations on them to keep working through the heat with no safety precautions or health and safety emphasis. It’s horrible!
