For those that don’t understand, it’s the equivalent of a corporate husk in the us. Banking history is a pain to develop and takes time, opening bank accounts can be difficult depending on the business, the losses in the books are nice because you can put it towards your taxes. It’s effectively legal infrastructure, a convenience, very standard, usually brokered via lawyers/law firms who have many clients and usually several have husks they’d like to get rid of because closing companies can also be a pain and costs at least $5-10k depending on outstanding accounts for services (accounting, bookkeeping, legal) as well as yearly reporting and permits. Si it’s nice to turn a little profit on an otherwise dead vehicle. 👍 God bless yall ☦️🫡
