@bitesbymia: SO YUMMY!!! Recipes ⬇️ 2 ingredient bagels: Makes 4 - 1 & 1/3 cup self rising flour (or 1 & 1/3 all purpose flour + 2 tsp baking powder) - 1 & 1/3 cup greek yogurt Combine flour and greek yogurt to form a dough. Section the dough into four pieces. Roll each piece into a log and connect the ends to make a bagel shape. Top with everything bagel seasoning (or whatever toppings you want). Bake at 350F for 30 minutes and let cool for 10-15 mins before cutting. Pasta for lunch: Makes 3-4 servings - 10.5 oz protein pasta - 1 lb ground chicken (+ chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper) - 1 zucchini - 1 cup marinara sauce (+ garlic powder and oregano) - 1/2 cup cottage cheese - fat free parmesan cheese Boil pasta according to package. Cook ground chicken with seasonings and add in cut zucchini and let cook for 5-7 mins. In the meantime, blend marinara sauce with cottage cheese, garlic powder, and oregano. Combine ground chicken and zucchini, pasta, and sauce. Top with cheese and enjoy 🙂 Overnight oats: Per 1 serving - 1/2 cup oatmeal - 1/2 tbsp chia seeds - 1/2 serving vanilla protein powder - 1/4 cup greek yogurt - 1/2 cup milk - 1/2 cup frozen berries - 1 tbsp sugar free syrup In a jar or container, combine oats, chia seeds, protein powder, greek yogurt, and milk. Microwave frozen berries and syrup for 1 min, stirring halfway through. Top the oats with the berries and refrigerate overnight or for a few hours. Mini muffins (I got this recipe from @messybuncollective on ig and altered it a little) - 1 cup greek yogurt - 1/4 cup peanut butter - 2 eggs - 2 tsp vanilla bean paste or extract - 1/2 cup maple syrup - 3/4 cup oat flour (blended oatmeal) - 3/4 cup all purpose flour - 1 tsp baking powder - 1/2 tsp baking soda - 1/4 tsp salt - sprinkles! Preheat oven to 350F. In a medium bowl, mix together greek yogurt, peanut butter, eggs, vanilla, and maple syrup. Add oat flour, all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sprinkles (or chocolate chips). Add batter to a greased mini muffin tray and bake for 12-14 mins. Let cool for 10 mins and enjoy 😛 #mealprep #whatieat #recipeinspo #healthyrecipes
