She's completely right.. The bank will look at the past and current property value in that particular area last sold and municipality value based on either high risk or low and potential growth from 5 to 10 years... Who was ever granted 5million for a house bond in Browns Farm just because they qualify? Banks invest where there are growth for further investment and low risk..
