this is absolutely a skill issue, and its not one of those "oh but people arent perfect" ones. you should be able to write a proper auth flow with only a bcrypt/argon2 library, and it takes only like an hour to do so. clerk has the issue of duplicate data which you inherently CANT fix, you can remedy it, and most of the time it should work, but you are not saving yourself any time with clerk (unless you go full b2b, but there are better alternatives to clerk for that). TLDR: clerk is a product that doesnt have a real use
