I'm a paranormal nut yes, but I am being logical as well. Is there any way there is a toad, frog, etc that may be under the metal and it comes out to the bugs that may be hitting your window as well? I have watched some of your past videos. I just want to rule out the possibility of frogs and bugs seeing a light on in your room.

Spirits are notorious for draining batteries. Whether to gain more energy for themselves or so they won't be seen. If you can, get some herbs for protection and place them outside your window. Try your best to ignore it if you can. Acknowledging it can make it worse. I really hope you're able to sleep in your bed again soon 🖤🖤

Is there any sign of footprints or disturbed gravel? Does it seem to happen at a certain time or is it random? I think the phone thing is a good idea if you can't get a ring cam or a cheap trail camera with night vision. Or both.

need a light outside in the area. this would make more sense. seeing a shadow etc is explainable once it's seen more clearly don't rule out a sort if draft cause by things like ac etc

try to video recording a few more times if it keeps on bugging out and glitching also try to put emotion light out there as well if you can afford it also if it's an entity you can put holy water or Moon water on the window with salt black salt is the best for protection but you can use normal sea salt as well if it's a spirit or an entity you can also pray to archangel Michael doesn't matter if your non-dominational or not a Christian he shows up regardless
