If you notice, even when you just walking around town, like Lisbon Porto and even coimbra if you look at your Wi-Fi, you’ll get randomly free Wi-Fi from the city, especially in Park areas and downtown areas. Then you’ll also find benches that are solar powered that you lie your phone on it. They’ll charge it for you just randomly all over the cities.
