When my son was born, he skipped newborn and went straight into 0-3 UK sizing. So have a few pieces in all sizes in your hospital bag.

Look this isn’t to be rude so I hope it doesn’t come off as that… baby babies don’t really need jeans. It’s not super practical like genuinely you want them to be comfortable and for a baby I don’t think stiff jeans are comfortable. Anyway I get it tho they are adorable and anything small is the cutest 💕

They grow so fast. Don’t spend a ton of money on newborn because they usually aren’t in them long. Babies don’t always grow size with age … smart to hold off until he’s born before you buy a bunch of bigger sizes because he could skip a size or not hit it at the time you think, then the clothes won’t be seasonal. Just a tip from a mom and grandma. 💜

Keep in mind the season/time of year vs the size your baby will be in!!! My son was born in July and was in 6m clothing in Dec, and we had mostly summer/warmer clothes when we were buying when I was pregnant.

Girl don’t let the grumpiest get you down. You do you AND little man will be here during the holidays so it will be sooo crazy his first few months. Obviously he’s not going to bed at night in jeans. I mean we had a pair of carhartt overalls that were crazy expensive back then and obviously he wasn’t out on the farm laboring at 6mos but it was so cute and fun. AND it was a gift so even more perfect. Literally soak up every. Single. Second. As a mom of now 22&23yo soak it up.
