I've seen big puffer use ult when the enemy has ult, and it never works as intended. supposedly they have ult, and your take it away, but everytime he did it, everyone was still able to use ult immediately and basically survive rouge

This is pretty obvious after playing her for like 5 games or so honestly, if you wait for the enemies to have ult you’re risking them popping it before you. It’s a lot better to do it early than to do it late if you actually want pressure and value
