🍬 2 Tbsp sugar
🧂 2 tsp active dry yeast
⏱️ Rest 10 minutes Add:
🌾 3 cups all-purpose flour
🥚 1 egg
🧈 4 Tbsp melted butter
🧂 1 tsp salt Mix with a dough hook until combined, then knead 5 minutes until smooth. Place in a lightly oiled bowl, cover, and let rise 1 hour, or until doubled. Punch down and divide into 8 equal pieces. Shape each into a ball, then roll into an oval. Roll tightly into a log, tuck in the ends, and pinch the seam. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Cover and let rise 30 minutes. Bake at 375°F for 16–18 minutes.
