I think she’s an incredibly talented actress, and I’m fully aware she receives hate and criticism online, including colorist and misogynistic comments. i mean at the end of the day she’s still a black women, so things like that are bound to happen. however acknowledging that doesn’t erase the ways colorism and beauty standards can benefit lighter-skinned Black women in the entertainment industry.
