Whenever I cannot recall a word in the middle of a conversation. I just call the word. The “thingie” or whatyamacallit. 😂

I wasn’t even going through menopause yet but the brain fog was so bad from breast implant illness that I couldn’t remember the name for ear drum and called it ear ball 🤦🏼‍♀️😂 My daughter still calls it ear ball 😂
