@byanymeanscolep: 5 exercises to explore before hopping on the court to become a shiftier, more fluid mover. Big emphasis for today was getting better at rotating in/ out of the back hip, and then applying this/ building on it in a more dynamic setting. Really good work for hoopers who struggle to play low/ shift their body weight!
