The idea here is personal connection as part of the service. Relationship building used be essential in the beauty industry but things have shifted a lot. I don’t talk to my tech, we don’t care about each other’s lives (I guess) and the diy market has taken over because prices have soared. It was just a different time ❤️

As an esthetician my clients would talk and chat... Always would go in quiet and then they start asking about facials and products then you know everything and it really is great to have your clients trust you and have that rapport

back in 1996 when I was in beauty school at tvcc athens tx someone came to the school demonstrating and selling Tammy Taylor nail products and because I dodnt have Tammy Taylor products she humiliated me in front of the students I will never forget that and now that im a instructor that will never happen again i can promise ya.
