in the middle of completely swapped to linux mint and its been really fun besides a few bugs caused by vesktop that was fun to figure out, and steam store page not liking hardware acceleration lol other then that im really enjoying it!

I don't know if O&O modifies this setting, but for whoever finds this useful, there is a group policy named "Allow diagnostic data". It can only be fully disabled on Pro, Enterprise, and Education editions of Windows, though.
