It’s not about gender, but with the British military, standards are the same regardless. Especially for elite units, if you can make it, you will be respected, if you can’t, then you just keep trying.

if you can pass selection without any of the rules bending in your favor then you have earned it regardless off gender the standard is the standard and it cannot drop to accommodate

anyone can join the SAS and would be respected for doing so, they're the best in the world for a reason, if you've received doubt comments or hate it's not too surprising either considering the difficulty of joining, anyone would get those kind of comments

no one joins the army as there goal to he in the sas for someone who's just joined course I would love to be one but it's all about taking one step at a time in your career as a woman it will be extremely difficult to join the sas but it is possible but I recommend the ranger regiment that's my goal

its extremely unlikely a woman gets into the sas its possible but the thing is the sas selection is a gruelling process and only a handful make it into the sas out of 125 who are choosen to be part of the selection process,to be an sas member you need the strength mentality,endurance, would you be able to carry a 55lb bag for 40 miles within 24 hours?its part of the selection process.
