Having bipolar rage as someone who isn’t usually an angry person is hard to live with. I can’t stand it. It usually why I’ll isolate myself randomly, because I know I’ll lash out on those I love for no reason.

hiiii! I get rage. I don't get manic "happy" or euphoria or any of those, sometimes i feel like it would be better to deal with. I get rage. its awful and scary. thankfully my current medication has settled it and I haven't experienced it in a while, but it can go left real quick when im in a rage episode.

I slam so many doors oml mine comes from feeling misunderstood I believe it’s like I have to make someone understand my feelings I scream and yell so much in these episodes of rage mine are mostly in depressive episodes

you describe it 100% exactly. my husband takes the most and I feel so bad about the things I say are so mean. The good is my husband understands and has my back thru every type of episode Im going thru. He's my rock and I dont see why he stays.
