I have been preaching the same messages that you explain in your videos in my marriage for years. Finding your videos and seeing you and others feel the same has made me feel SEEN and SANE. We are 10 years in marriage and ever since I said I am done and stop showing up for him, now he has been changing.... he has been changing his behavior and habits and even his responses over the last year so far. I have been in therapy for this. what i have come to realize is that this is a pattern I've carried from childhood. I have communicated this to my husband and he has started to help me realize when that pattern shows up. it has really helped our marriage. I watch you everyday and you have helped me so much! Thank you so much 💓
