I watched it a day earlier, I actually liked it despite its Flaws, I feel like People need to calm down and realize that not every movie is going to be hit or a magnum opus, Supergirl was a fun movie that introduced us to the character and this Verison of her and krypton, could it have been better? yes! but I think it did what it set out to do and I think that's enough, plus I think people need to realize that box office isn't all what DC is going at here, they are also looking to expand comic sales which is exactly what is happening after this movie came out

About your unknown characters part, while I do agree you also gotta remember times have changed since Iron Man. Cinema tickets have gotten a lot more expensive so you really gotta sell a film to your audience if you want your universe to start off profitable so I dont think saying you should introduce your big hitters is a crazy statement.

Yeah, and I would like to say this this basically is for me. It looks like how the MCU has started before like what was the second movie that came out right after Iron Man one the Incredible Hulk that did not do well in theaters so Supergirl has the exact same notion for that as well so it’s gonna be if the cancer correct if I don’t know if it’s gonna be like this, but the DCU or more, but I feel like it’s gonna be Superman a good start. Supergirl did not do well but we’re getting to the point where we’re gonna go then I would say clay face and matter of tomorrow being the Iron Man two being the second sequel in this franchise and then we go more into that in the phase one of God and monsters and then we continue on with more.
