Long before Florida became what it is today, these crystal-clear springs nourished the Indigenous Timucua people. They gathered here for fresh water, fishing, community, and ceremony. For thousands of years, these springs sustained life and were treated with reverence. That history is one of the reasons I am drawn here. When I perform a water ceremony, I don’t come to force outcomes or demand miracles. I come with humility, gratitude, and prayer. I believe water has always represented cleansing, renewal, and the opportunity to release what no longer serves us. These springs flow directly from the Floridan Aquifer, emerging naturally from deep within the earth. Their constant movement reminds me that healing isn’t about control—it’s about allowing life to flow again. Every ceremony I facilitate is approached with love, respect for nature, and appreciation for the generations who cared for these waters before us. My intention is simply to create a peaceful space where people can pray, reflect, release emotional burdens, and reconnect with themselves. The water does not belong to me.
